Looking for a place to rent while in Tucson? Book a multi-week stay here at the Cognibrew Art House! Enjoy the desert wonders of the old Pueblo, while witnessing the city move around you. This location is a unique property in the Garden District, AKA—Midtown, at the center of Pima County…and offering 4 mini suite style rooms.
Each room has its own perks, and private entrance…with parking, Wi-Fi, water, gas, & electricity included, & shared laundry & also, a shared, but large, full kitchen available.
3 miles from U of A
6 Miles from The Convention Center
I gave this property a fun & silly name, Cognibrew Palace, to celebrate creativity, where I (and you, if you wish), can chip away at idea development. I continue my craft of songwriting and recording, with a growing discography, available at @phosphoromusic — while my wife creates art of many kinds, using her knowledge in the communication field; her work is available at @gali_artistik. Thank you for considering to support our creative mission!

Helpful House Rules
Text is the best way to communicate with me.

Please respect the property, your fellow guests, their personal things, and all common sense rules of courtesy. If you make a mess or spill something, please clean it up; (cleaning supplies are by the utility sink).
Bookings are for you and other registered guests. Please talk to me before inviting people to visit you. I need to know who they are and what car they drive.
Please put things back the way you find them. Speak with me before changing the settings or unplugging any of the house electronic systems.
Quiet hours, 11 PM – 9 AM.
Trash pickup — MONDAYS.
Please do not share room/door codes with other people.
No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or glitter in the house. Use Lysol or plug-in sent emitters.
Dedicated smoking area by the music bus. Paint cans are for butts.
Only RECYCLE drink bottles & tin cans (in blue or black buckets)…& only RECYCLE paper & cardboard (in plastic crates) … & the big blue curbside bin (NO glass; NO plastic bags).
If you pick up mail or packages, they become your responsibility. Speak to me about where to put them.
Please turn off lights, TV, & fans when leaving the house.
Please eat meals in the kitchen and not in your room, or clean up. (Suggestion is to limit bedroom food consumption to dry snacks).
Please do not throw away marijuana or other smoking packaging inside the house. Take these items, & large items, directly to the outdoor dumpsters, (red & green).
If you need to move furniture around, please take photos and put everything back the way it was originally, before you checkout.
Friends are not invited to wash their clothing at the property.
Washing machine is small, but efficient, with a 20 min fast cycle, (setting 5). You can do multiple loads. Please do not overfill. (Only wash and dry clothing or linens).
Please only park in marked parking spaces; (cars should be able to drive a complete circle around the house).
Please do not alter wifi modems or surveillance camera, or receiver positions.
Please do not turn off the water nozzle in the outdoor kitchen area; (keep water nozzle positioned at 11 o’clock).
Please load the dishwasher completely before starting. 🙏(Water is a gift in Arizona—think of the movie, Dune).
Added fees each time smoking, or other flavored fume toxins occur inside house.
Added fees for spills & stains on floor, walls, or furniture. Thank you for understanding.
Mindfulness is the house motto. The space we take, what we choose to create within it, and leave behind, is our own reflection. We can and should do our best.
If any behavior becomes disruptive to the other guests or neighbors, and we can’t figure out an alternative solution, I will not be able to continue hosting your stay. But don’t worry, we can do this, cheers & happy adventures!
